Founder Story
Tameenah Adams
ChildcareHR was founded by Tameenah Adams, a childcare business owner and HR professional who recognized a critical gap in the industry. With extensive experience in both Human Resources and childcare leadership, Tameenah saw firsthand the unique workforce challenges that childcare providers face—from managing staff and navigating compliance requirements to maintaining a supportive work environment for educators.
Driven by a deep commitment to the success of childcare providers and the well-being of the children they serve, Tameenah established ChildcareHR to bridge the gap between HR expertise and the specific needs of childcare organizations. Her vision was to create a company that delivers practical, industry-specific HR solutions designed to help childcare centers operate with confidence and stability.
With over 25 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in HR and Business Management, and credentials as a Certified HR Professional and John Maxwell Coach, Tameenah brings both leadership and strategic HR insight to the organizations she supports.
Today, ChildcareHR is powered by a dedicated team that understands the childcare industry from the inside out. Our team includes Ushika Evans, Compliance and Onboarding Specialist with over 23 years of experience in early childhood education, and Kelsey, an HR Generalist with a Master’s degree in Education and a background in Management and Human Resources.
Together, our team works closely with childcare leaders to provide customized HR solutions that simplify workforce management, strengthen teams, and ensure compliance. At ChildcareHR, our goal is simple: to serve as a trusted HR partner that helps childcare organizations grow, thrive, and continue delivering high-quality care to the communities they serve.
