Holding a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with specializations in human resources and business management, Tameenah is also a Certified Human Resources Professional and a John Maxwell Certified Specialist.Her journey from owning four successful childcare locations in the DC Metro area to dedicating herself to her family is nothing short of inspiring. Tracei brings over nine years of operational and leadership experience, having previously managed a high-performing leadership team within a communications company. In that role, she oversaw day-to-day operations, streamlined processes, and ensured teams were aligned, efficient, and delivering at a high level.
As COO/HR Generalist, Tracei now brings her strategic mindset and operational expertise to our leadership team. She plays a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, supporting internal teams, and ensuring ChildcareHR continues to operate with excellence and intention. Her ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership makes her an invaluable addition as we continue to grow and serve our clients.
