As the CHRO & Founder of ChildcareHR, Tameenah Adams, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of HR expertise. Holding a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with specializations in human resources and business management, Tameenah is also a Certified Human Resources Professional and a John Maxwell Certified Specialist.
Her journey from owning four successful childcare locations in the DC Metro area to dedicating herself to her family is nothing short of inspiring. Tameenah's mission is to help individuals "Bloom where planted" by embracing their values and providing effective leadership.
As the compassionate guiding force at ChildcareHR, she empowers childcare owners to transform their educational passion into thriving businesses, leveraging her exceptional HR skills and wealth of experience. Meet Tracei, our Chief Operating Officer/HR Generalist at ChildcareHR! Tracei brings over nine years of operational and leadership experience, having previously managed a high-performing leadership team within a communications company. In that role, she oversaw day-to-day operations, streamlined processes, and ensured teams were aligned, efficient, and delivering at a high level.
As COO/HR Generalist, Tracei now brings her strategic mindset and operational expertise to our leadership team. She plays a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, supporting internal teams, and ensuring ChildcareHR continues to operate with excellence and intention. Her ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership makes her an invaluable addition as we continue to grow and serve our clients.
Raven Hendrick
Internal Operations Support
Meet Raven, our dedicated Internal Operations Support at ChildcareHR! Raven's passion for education began in high school during a child development class. Although she received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland Global Campus, her true calling was in early childhood education. Starting as a preschool teacher, Raven quickly progressed to become a hiring manager, gaining valuable experience in both education and administration.
Her role as a Staff Engagement Specialist and then Executive Assistant at Best Services LLC, combined with her extensive administrative background, has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her current position. Now, as part of our Internal Operations Support team, Raven’s journey showcases her dedication to ensuring smooth operations and unwavering commitment to HR in childcare, making her a vital part of our team.

Meet Tammy, our dedicated Recruiter at ChildcareHR! With over 32 years of experience in project and construction management, Tammy brings a strong foundation in organization, leadership, and execution to our team. She joined ChildcareHR initially in a project management capacity and has since transitioned into recruiting, where her skills continue to shine.
Tammy has a genuine passion for working with people and helping them grow. She finds true joy in identifying the right person for the right role and takes pride in building meaningful connections that support long-term success. Her experience managing complex projects, combined with her people-first approach, makes her a valuable asset to both our clients and candidates.
